Who wants to explain to the Belgian postal services how DNS works?

Everytime I want to send a letter, I use the website of http://www.depost.be/ to look up what stamp I need to use. I also have the habit of typing in URL's without the "www" prefix. And each time, I'm frustrated that in one of the biggest governement organisations in Belgium, there isn't a single employee who steps up to the webmaster and says:

Hey chaps, why don't you add an A record for "depost.be" to the DNS, stop acting stupid.

So, I got this of my chest. Now wondering how long it will take before the link above actually works...
